Shipments and returns


We make most items to order and are generally shipped 2 weeks after receipt of the order unless they are shown in stock or are a special order item.


Any customer that is active and good credit standings shall be entitled to exchange qualified merchandise (merchandise to be exchanged must be in original condition as purchased from Kinsley and Sons Inc. and must be listed in our current catalog at the time of exchange) limited 20% of such customer’s total purchases during the preceding 12 month period. Merchandise credit only. 20% restocking charges may apply to all exchange transactions. Special order are non-returnable. Returns / exchanges dure to product quality issues must be returned within 10 days of receipt Any discrepencies (i.e. missing or damaged items) must be reported within 10 days.
